FAQs

TICKETS

Do I need to bring my ticket?

Yes. Each individual ticket will be scanned.
When you arrive, please have individual tickets ready to be scanned - either on your phone, printed or paper ticket - so the team can get you inside ASAP.

I can’t find my ticket, what should I do?

The ticketing platforms will send you all relevant information, including tickets. Tickets will be sent the same day as your ticket purchase, and you will have selected to receive this via either email or SMS, so please check junk/spam or other email folders.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Is there a waitlist?

No, not at this stage.

Can I buy a ticket at the door on the night?

If the event is not sold out, tickets will be available for sale on the door on the night or via the authorised ticket agent website.

Can I get early access tickets?
Yes, you can! DISCO CLUB founders Lise & Sarah are podcasters and have two weekly episodes:

On Tuesdays, the 'Lise & Sarah' podcast is released for free wherever you listen to podcasts.

On Fridays, Lise & Sarah GOLD is released to paid subscribers via Apple podcasts. It is available to Apple and Android users on Apple Podcasts (see next question for how to subscribe.) GOLD podcast subscribers get early access via a link shared in show notes.

PLEASE NOTE: DISCO CLUB events have sold out on early access, and tickets are not guaranteed. GOLD subscribers receive priority access to the first round of tour ticket releases only. Any additional shows added to the tour will not offer an early access option.

GENERAL EVENT

Who is DISCO CLUB designed for?

DISCO CLUB is all about a judgement-free, safe, friendly space for women, and people who identify as women.

Is there a dress code?
In a DISCO CLUB first, our November tour has a theme: Paint the Night White.

How far you take it is entirely up to you. Think of the theme as an invitation, not a requirement. Whether it's a subtle touch of white or a full head-to-toe commitment, there's no wrong way to do white-hot.

Channel a snow queen, a tennis pro, a sequined angel... or just throw on your favourite white tee.

The only real rule? Wear something you'll feel comfortable dancing in for hours.
But I’m not a good dancer…

All moves accepted. Dance like nobody’s watching.

What kind of music will be played?

Every DISCO CLUB playlist is different, but you can absolutely expect crowd favourites from the 80s, 90s, and 00s, as well as modern bangers and iconic anthems by popular demand.

Is there an age limit?

The minimum age is 18 because DISCO CLUB is held at licensed venues, but there’s no upper age limit. The majority of music played will be from the 80s, 90s and 00s, so if that’s your gran’s jam…bring her too!

Do venues have accessibility for people with physical disabilities?

Please contact the DISCO CLUB venue directly for accessibility requirements. You can find the venue by looking under the relevant city page.

FOOD & DRINK

Will there be food?

We recommend you eat prior to arrival, as food choices in venue are limited. There will be no food trucks at the November 2026 tour.

Is there a free drink?

Yes, you will receive a complimentary drink during the November 2026 tour, with a a choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.

Are sober women welcome?

Of course!
